Residential campsite
Camping**** de la Baie in Assérac, near Pénestin, La Baule and Guérande in the Loire-Atlantique region, offers bare residential plots just 50 meters from the ocean and 600 meters from the beach.
We offer our loyal campers the opportunity to take advantage of the natural setting of the Loire Atlantique campsite, with so-called “residential” plots to enjoy a mobile home as a second home as close to nature as possible.
What is residential camping? It’s a way of having a pied-à-terre for your vacations, but also for your weekends. You won’t need to make any reservations, and you won’t have to plan anything. You’ll be free to come whenever you like to the campsite between March and October, to relax and breathe in the fresh air by the sea. Every entertainment and service available at the campsite will be at your disposal:
- Aquatic area with indoor heated pool, paddling pool and jet bath from April to late September
- The multi-sports field
- The petanque court
- The snack bar
- Mini-club in July and August
- Theme evenings in July and August
- Or the grocery store from April to the end of September.
You can also discover or rediscover the region, full of charm, by bike, on horseback or simply on foot: in the Guérande peninsula, between land and sea, lie hidden treasures to be discovered at your own pace throughout your stay.
